Although the announcement only specified Vine Viewer 1.2 the post actually details the 2.2 Server notes as well, I went ahead and added both to the title.

Since Vine Server is free to all who use it, we basically always recommend upgrading to the latest.
In particular this version included some features designed to enhance the security of Vine Server.
