VNC connection from Ubuntu , remoteclipboard() didn't work

SUT as PC window10 has VNC server running.
EP on Ubuntu OS, connected to SUT.
Somehow, the remoteclipboard() is always empty, when I tried to read screen from SUT.
Please help…

You can use"the remoteClipboard", or “remoteClipboard()”, There is no “the remoteclipboard()”

Which VNC Server are you running on Windows 10, functionality varies between vendors/suppliers?

Which release of Eggplant on Ubuntu?

Does the clipboard function work when you cut/paste from Linux to Windows without using a SUT connection over VNC?
