Vine Viewer-Can't Control Remote Desktop

Running MAC Snow Leopard and Vine Viewer 3.0

I can make a connection to a remote system but can’t control the desktop cursor. HOWEVER if I view the remote system’s desktop from another PC at the same time, I do see that I am moving the cursor, closing windows etc. These movements are not observed on my Mac.

Ideas?

You need to upgrade to Vine Viewer 3.1. There’s no charge for this upgrade if you are already licensed for Vine 3.0.
