Unable to connect to a VMWare m/c via a Remote Desktop

Hi,
I have installed EggPlant on a remote desktop and trying to establish a connection from VNC to a VMWare(which is supposed to be the SUT), but the connection is not getting established. I am getting a message in the “Activity” column saying that "Unable to Contact Server: "
User Credentials used in the Connection are my Own credentials which I Use to connect to VMWare.Attaching the Screenshot of the same.

Please let me know the problem out here.

It looks like the machine you are connecting to via Remote Desktop is on a different subnet (10.22.192.xx) than the machine that you are trying to connect to via VNC (10.16.16.xx). You would need to set up port forwarding on that other subnet in order to make the machine with the VNC server accessible.
