tight vnc help

Hi I trying to connect to my desktop remotely. I have all the prot forwarded on both ends of where i am connecting. My issue is i have several computers i need to remote to and idk how to distinguish how to differ the connections of the computer when i type the ip into the viewers

To access multiple machines that are behind a common router you will want to run VNC on a different port for each machine. Then forward each unique port to a different machine from the router.
