I need to ask you if it’s possible to execute a test case that calls a submodel as initial. I need run the submodel as first step. I’m trying to execute the submodel into the test case from another model but is not calling to the flow into the submodel.

You can call a submodel from the first action in the first state of your main model. This should accommodate your requirement.
