SUT Actions not showing in SUT Connection Window

Using RealVNC, XP,

I can connect to the SUT fine and click on Desktop items but nothing I click on updates in the Eggplant/Remote connection window. It does update in the on the SUT.

eggPlant version? RealVNC version? Haven’t had any issues like that for quite a long time.

eggPlant version 4.2? There were issues like that back then. No workarounds. Ultimately fixed in later releases. Might even work better with an older version of RealVNC or one of the other servers, but I can’t make any promises.
