I am looking into this because I have a client who uses Mac. I need to be able to remotely access her computer to work from a PC. I want to be sure vine server and vine viewer are the right product.

Vine Server will allow you to use a VNC client on Windows (we recommend UltraVNC or TightVNC) to connect to (and control) the Mac.
If you want to go the other way you would use Vine Viewer (our Mac VNC client) to connect to UltraVNC or TightVNC’s server running on Windows.

Do we both download Vine Server or does she need to use something else being on the Mac?
