Why is it hard for eggPlant to find certain text on higher resolution when it can be found on lower resolution? I am using the TIG functionality to do this. Again, nothing is changing, just the screen resolution. Thanks!
Usually the TIG matching is very reliable and screen resolutions don’t generally cause any impact.
It would be easiest if you submitted a case to support@testplant.com with an example of your script and a capture of your screen where it wasn’t found.
