My company is currently evaluating Eggplant for Mac and we really like the interface and flexibility, but we’re stuck with QC for the time being and would like to run Eggplant scripts from QC, if possible. Has anyone found a valid workaround that would allow this or is it just not possible? We’ve also thought of running Eggplant for Windows as a client, if feasible, and utilizing the current documentation to run the scripts from QC. We’ll take any feedback we can get, thanks!
You should be able to use the same approach used to run the Windows version if you set up ssh so that you can log into the Mac automatically from the machine running QC. You can then modify the batch file to include connecting to the Mac via ssh.
