Getting Started
Step 1: Access the Training Portal

First-time users

Click Sign Up

Complete the registration form

Enter the access code: eggplantelearning
Returning users
- Sign in using your email address and password
Register for a Session

Select Eggplant Lunch & Learn

Choose the session you’d like to attend

Click Register
Be sure to register for any session you’re interested in so you’ll receive the recording afterward, even if you’re unable to join live.
After Registration
You will receive two emails:
Registration Confirmation

Confirms your registration
-
Includes a link to your event registration page
Calendar Invitation
-
Adds the event to your calendar

Click Accept to save the appointment
Joining the Webinar
On the day of the event:

Open the registration page from your confirmation email.

Click Launch Event when it becomes available.

You will be automatically connected to the Microsoft Teams webinar.
Note: The Launch Event button may not be available until shortly before the scheduled start time. We recommend joining a few minutes early.
