Problem transferring Vine Viewer license

I recently sent in my PowerBook G4 for repair and it came back with a new motherboard. Thus the Ethernet MAC has changed and my Vine Viewer license no longer works. I requested a transfer to the new MAC, but the new license key does not work. When I click on Add in the Vine License Registry window, it gives me an “Invalid Key” error.

The computer’s time is set correctly, and I used cut/paste to enter the Key.

What do I try next?

If you’ve verified that the new HostID is accurate (in Vine and on the license email that you received). Then please forward it to support@redstonesoftware.com and we’ll generate another key.
