We are currently researching the log4j security threat as to the vulnerability of Eggplant solutions. DAI does use log4j but there is no vulnerability with this product. Eggplant Manager also uses log4j in its System Helper plugin, and we are currently researching this component. We will update this posting as we progress in our research.
Update: We now have a log4j blog posted that will be updated as we make progress on updating Eggplant tools to remove any vulnerabilities related to the log4j security threat.
The Eggplant products affected are Eggplant manager (systemhelper only), and the RQM and ALM adapters. All components will be updated as soon as possible to remove the potential threat.
