Hey all. We just purchased Eggplant here, and are running it on an old Mac that will be replaced within the next couple of weeks. While we are still waiting to receive our license for it, will we be able to request a new one once the new Mac arrives? The old Mac will no longer be used for Eggplant, so we will remain in compliance with our one license.
No problem at all, as long as you are on active maintenance we are happy to switch-out your licenses for free at any time. If you haven’t yet sent in your Host ID feel free to request a temporary key until you get your permanent machine.
