Something to note, it’s always difficult to locate EggPlant logs if the tool installed on Windows’ Server 2012 machine. Don’t be panic, here’s the way to locate:

C:\Users\XXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Eggplant

XXXXXXX denotes username who logged on to that machine.

Note that “appData” is a hidden folder, so you usually can’t get to it easily using Windows Explorer – you either need to turn on the “Show Hidden Files and Folders” option or enter the path to \AppData\Roaming\ in the location field.
