I have used Vine Server as a VNC client over my own network and it works well. I want to set it up to work over the internet. I am having problems with that. I have gone to portforwarding.com, but I am still having problems. I want to know what is my private port and what is my public port.

I have a macbook and a AirPortExtreme wireless router.

Can someone please help me.

The port is the same, and defaults to 5900. The EXTERNAL IP is the address of your router and you can find it on www.portforwarding.com.
