In our company we have Eggplant Floating License Server in one subnet and some Eggplant installed on machines in second subnet. There are some ACL lists between those two subnets. We don’t have direct control over those ACL lists so we need to send request to our IT to give as access. We have issue that Eggplant from second subnet cannot get license from license server. Eggplant machines from same subnet where is server located get license without any problem.
Does anybody know which ports and protocols Eggplant and Eggplant Floating License Server use for reaching license?
