Hi
I encountered the above error when trying to initiate a connection from Eggplant to Vista machine. Previously the connection can be established well. I don’t enable Apple Remote Desktop and I am pretty sure that my VNC password is correct.
Any idea to resolve this? Please advice. Thanks!

That is a RealVNC problem/feature where they lock you out after repeated connection attempts – it can be exacerbated by having the “Update Connection Availability” turned on in the General preferences. You can also “Skip Availability Check” on an individual VNC server by Editing it in the connection list.
Restarting the server and being sure that you have the correct password should resolve it (or just waiting a while until RealVNC clears the lock-out).
