Do you mean the window on the SUT? There are no commands that perform direct actions on the SUT other than via the mouse or keyboard. Whatever action you would perform on the SUT to minimize the active window, you would put in your script to do the same thing. This might be clicking on the minimize button or sending the keyboard shortcut.
