Can Floating License Server be installed on Windows 2008 R2?

Can a Floating License Server be installed on Windows 2008 R2? I have been looking for install requirements and cannot find anything specific.

The supported platforms for the FLS are the same as those for the application. That said, the FLS is a pretty simple application, so if it runs, you’re good to go. I believe it should work on 2008, we just don’t have that in-house to try it on.

Thought I’d add a comment… I have been running the Floating License Server since May 2011 on Windows 2008 R2. It seems to be running without issues.
