Can I connect to VMWare machine from eggPlant?
if yes how can I connect and what is the hardware requirement for vmware.

Yes, you can run against a VMWare virtual machine. You treat it just like an other machine. You can either install a VNC server on the VM or use the VNC server that is built into VMWare. You should check with VMWare on their hardware requirements.
