Vine VNC Viewer - Formatted my mac

All,

I have sent an email to Redstone support but had nothing back.

I formatted my mac and had to reinstall vnc. I re-downloaded the software but i am unable to change the host ID to what it was before. How do i change this so i can register my serial and email address?

We’ve just added an online form to allow you to move your license to a different Host ID. Please give it a try here: http://www.redstonesoftware.com/support/license/ and let us know by email if you have any problems, as that service is brand new.
