Is there a way to specify the “tight” encoding for the Vine Viewer? (Or for that matter, can you select the encoding on a per-session basis?)

I know the Vine Server supports the “tight” encoding, but I haven’t been able to find if/how to use the “tight” encoding with the viewer.

Vine Viewer does not support the Tight encoding, although we may add it a future date.

Currently you can’t prefer a specific encoding for an individual connection, again this is a feature we might add in the future.
