Vine Server Installation Problems on MacOS

I recently installed the Vine Server 3.0 on Mac OS 10.5.1. I have 2 questions: 1 is the instructions state to make modification in the Extensions Control Panel. Where is that?

Also, when I launch the program after reboot, I receive an error (attached) which reads:

The application “OS9vnc Server PPC” cannot be launched. -10828

Does anyone know what that error is for, or how to get to program to launch successfully? I put the 2 files in the directories specified.

I am pretty sure you must have downloaded the OS9VNC Server which is listed right below on our downloads page.

I just double-checked that the Vine 3.0 for OS X link is correct, here it is again if you need it.
