From a senior executive with a large UK testing services firm,
“70% of the companies we deal with have no test process when they come to us.”

Is 70% is higher than you would have expected?

Do you think it’s that high because they’re seeking help from a consulting firm?

John McIntosh

My guess is that across all companies developing software, particularly internal applications, it’s a higher percentage that have no formal testing methodology – the 70% is from companies that are concerned about testing to go to a consulting company to improve!
