not able to access eggplant with the newly created user

I have created a new User and tried accessing eggPlant, but i am unable to get the eggplant home screen and instead eggplant is getting off.
I have seen the following error in the log file

I guess, it is not related to eggplant. please can any one help?

If you contact TestPlant support and let them know which version of eggPlant you are using and how you are launching it, I’m sure they can help you resolve this issue. :slight_smile:

After several attempts and verified & copied the GNU Defaults directory files, new user was able to access it.
