HI all,
I was having Eggplant on Mac1 and I bought a new machine.I want to transer the license and not use Mac1 anymore.
I tried generating key by supplying email of our contact person and Old Host id to generate key.
It gives an error message
"
We’re sorry, we weren’t able to retrieve any keys with the information provided.
At this time only Eggplant Starter Edition and Vine keys can be maintained through the automated system.
"
