Image Capture Lag

I experienced a horrible lag when I tried to capture images from the SUT. Each image capture took 2-3 mins. I have not encountered this issue from the other SUTs and platforms I’ve used before. The Live Mode works normally though, and it is only when I try to capture images that eggPlant lags, and at times, crashes.

Can you tell me the probable causes for this issue?

eggPlant v10.11 for MAC OSX + Windows Mobile 6.5 (using PocketVNC Server) + MacBook

Try this: Open the eggPlant Preferences and on the Viewer Window panel, deselect “Detect pulsing images when capturing”. This setting sometimes causes problems with certain VNC servers and for Windows Mobile it’s unlikely to provide any benefit.
