ethernet or wi-fi?

Vine working great on ethernet, can I expect the same on a wi-fi (811g) connection? Just for data entry purposes, but would like the connection to feel as snappy as possible. Thanks for any tips.

We use Vine Server, Vine Viewer and Eggplant with embedded VNC Viewer technology in our Redstone Support Labs entirely over WiFi with great results. However, depending on signal strength and also performance test requirements you may at times desire to go to Cat 5 wired if WiFi is not enough to get what you want. Gigabit Ether is great stuff, but the compression VNC and Vine products offer make for very snappy performance over 811.b/g and likely n protocols.
