Eggplant license issues


I have 2 full license per Mac machine, for a total of 4 full licenses. However, when one user starts Eggplant, it would take up 2 licenses on that machine. The second user cannot access the 2nd license from his Mac acct. Can you let me know what the issue is and help me resolve it? This only recently started happening and is impacting our automation schedule as only 2 persons can use it at any given time.

Sorry about that. I’ll be sure in the future to send it directly to support. I try to do it thru Eggplant help, but it didn’t work properly.
