Downgraded to Vine 3.0 from 3.1 for Mac

On 9/13 I installed the 3.1 update for Vine server specifically to address the problem with hiding the server when used as a login item in Mac OS X. After installation I was unable to maintain a connection to a port other than the server service port (5900), nor could I consistently wake the machine from the screen saver on the main display.
When I rolled back to 3.0 everything works just fine. Is anyone else having this issue? I use port 5901 within a login session and 5900 as the console session. A change has clearly changed/broken something. When I connect to the 5901 session the password is accepted, the session starts but the screen never draws and just remains black until the session finally drops.

Running Mac OS 10.5.8
G4 (power PC)
Flawless on Vine 3.0 (except for known issues)

Please try the server in the latest Beta package and let us know if you still are having those problems.

3.11Beta appears to have addressed the issues. I’m not seeing any problems.
I’ll continue to use it until the final is released.
Thanks!
