I just started using Vine, and I have an interesting problem. I’m moving between a linux box and a macbook pro running leopard, and everything works except for one issue: whenever I’m not mousing on the mac screen, the screen turns off. I tried using Caffeine to keep the screen awake, but that didn’t help either. What gives?
Not quite clear what you mean. Your MBP is the server, and Linux the
client, right? Which screen is it that turns off? Linux or Mac?
If Mac, do you have dimming enabled in the Vine Server preferences?
If Linux, does your Linux have some kind of screen saver?
