# AI Agent crashes on MacOS Big Sur

Hi  
When I start my AI Agent then it crashes. Is it possible, AI Agent is not Big Sur ready, or is it a bug ?

Hi Andy,

Eggplant DAI/AI does not currently support Mac OS 11.0 (Big Sur).

When it does, we’ll update the [downloads page](https://www.eggplantsoftware.com/digital-automation-intelligence-downloads) accordingly.

OK, thank you. I hope they bring the Big Sur support soon. Because the new M1 Mac’s only support Big Sur and the sales numbers are very big.

Hi, I’ve seen the new DAI is released, but the agent still does not support Big Sur.  
When is the support for Big Sur available?
