VINE SERVER Crash on OS X 10.6.4 - NSInternalInconsistency

Vine Server version 3.11 appears to crash on start up on OS X 10.6.4 fairl often. Crash log reports an exception at

*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception ‘NSInternalInconsistencyException’, reason: ‘*** -[NSCFArray removeObjectAtIndex:]: mutating method sent to immutable object’
*** Call stack at first throw:

Any suggestions, is there a newer version Vine Server built foe Snow Leopard ?

We run Vine Viewer and Server on 10.6 all the time and I don’t see any of these issues. I’m running it on 10.6.4 right now. There are a couple of known issues that can cause infrequent crashes and which will be fixed in a future release, but nothing that should happen often enough to make the app at all unusable. You are more likely to experience problems when connecting via wifi than on a wired connection.

I have exactly the same error starting Vine every time, I have been unable to Start it at all, it crashes every time.

I found a workaround I noticed on an old article about a year ago someone was having a similar problem and a link to a beta of 3.12 was suggested as an option. I tried this an it worked.
