hi all,
i have a vnc viewer on my lion imac.
when i try to connect to windows users i see the initial screen, i can move the mouse ann keyboard but the video is freezed
i can see only the first image when i connect to remote users.
what can i do ?

Is the viewer that you have Vine Viewer?
yes i have vine viewer and i use it to give support.
the user connect to me with single click uvnc.

no one with the same problem ?
the user connect to my server and a after some seconds i loose the video. the user tell he see what i do in his computer but i can’t see nothing. i loose only video control. please help
