When i am trying to connect with the remote server machine using RDP connection type, it shows me only the black screen instead of the login screen… Surprisingly ,when i try to access it using MSTSC it works & i can login also with no issue. I tried many times by changing the screen width & different users still the same issue.
Please suggest me some solution asap .
